INCEPTION

A thought, an idea, an aspiration that extended beyond the ordinary working of the real estate industry—that is where it all began. Conceptualized in the year 2003, The Vibrant Group India first laid its foundation with some small but significant beginnings in this business. Ideally, we started with the determination of establishing and creating homes with quality and value addition. However, our journey of brilliance kick-started with the simple aim of creating a benchmark in the real estate market. We wanted to create residences that don’t need a landmark to introduce them; instead, we wanted to make them landmarks. That hope and aspiration of transforming the skyline of Mumbai with new and redeveloped housing properties based on trust and service, is what eventually paved way for our origination. To say that we were inceptionalized from these ethical and passionate ideologies would be immensely relevant.

Founder
Founded by PravinKumar Jain, Vibrant Group India transpired from an ambition of transforming the skyline of Mumbai about 20 years back. Headed under his passion, knowledge, and guidance, the organisation has reached where it is now. He is the heart of Vibrant and all his principles, vision, and values have been embraced by each member here today. Having started this venture after a successful stint as a Jewellery Merchant, his principles even in the real estate business are just as ethical and professional. He has successfully passed on these values to the young generation of the fraternity, along with his sole motive of giving a cherishable style of living to the residents of Mumbai.

Mr. AMEETH JAIIN
Director
Vibrant Group has taken a leap towards modernization of thoughts under Ameeth Jaiin. His experience of over 12 years in real estate industry and his forward approach has given wings to the organization. Possessing a degree of L.L.B. from K.C. College of Law and MBA from S. P. Jain Institute, he has played a role in the expert management of society’s re-development projects and its execution. His ground experience of a decade has furthermore fuelled the fervour and efficiency of the venture over the years. In retrospect, he has enhanced the brand value of the company through his organizational reforms, high standard working structure, and ambitious visions.

Mr. HEMANT JAIIN
Director
Having graduated from Jai Hind College, Hemant Jaiin took over the aspirations of the Vibrant Group and the predecessors with a professional flair. He strengthened the backbone of the organization by taking projects to a high level of success and a monumental scale. His experience of 15 years in the real estate industry has helped the company understand the micro aspects of the sector and coin unique approaches to ground realities. He brought further solidity to the management team with his capability to manage redevelopment projects, Liaoning, legal documentation, and evaluation of new proposals.

Mr. SANDDESH P JAIN
Director
Possessing a solid educational background from Jai Hind College, Sanddesh P Jain took over the directorial position at the Vibrant Group with stoic passion and determination. His 9 years of experience with land acquisition at strategic locations and expertise in managing external prospects have been a boon for the organisation. He has played a pivotal role in acquiring fresh projects at prominent locations, negotiating deals with land owners, societies, networking for joint ventures, and striking tenders. With his focus and occupational ambitions, he has evidently taking ahead the core fundamental and values of the Vibrant Group.
